Supergran Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
Super Gran is a fictional series about a grandmother with super powers. Initially a series of books written by Forrest Wilson, a children's television show was adapted by Jenny McDade and produced by Tyne Tees Television for Children's ITV. Tenille Harris says"I was excited to join the community as a sitter but was disappointed as soon as I signed up. The annual fee is expensive and there’s no guarantee that you’ll find a pet sit, especially as sitters are oversubscribed. This makes it competitive for new members as owners favour experienced sitters with several reviews. I also contacted customer service about some issues I had with my account and found the team to be apathetic and not helpful in finding a solution. There are much better and more affordable options available in Australia like Aussie House Sitters, Mad Paws and Pawshake, so I suggest looking into these instead!"
Rachel “RuralYogi” Peterson says"THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE TRIED SO MANY TIMES TO CONTACT SOMEONE AND THEY ONLY HAVE BOTS AND NEVER ANSWER."
Pat Raidt says"I have had good experiences with the sitters themselves, but the customer service is horrible! It is impossible to contact them, no one ever answers the phone or responds to emails. All I get are automatic responses and no follow ups on my questions. The website is not the most user friendly, I am not sure if my ad is actually up, and / or if I have the "pause " feature on, it is not clear. I am having to find an alternative solution for my pet at this time as it is close to my scheduled leave time, and I have yet to hear back from them, despite me trying for 3 weeks. Very disappointing, and I am wanting to cancel my membership"
Lindsay Horner says"This platform is used successfully by many. Sadly not for us. We were introduced via this site to sitters who sat for us successfully in 2018 for 3 weeks looking after our dog, cat and chickens. At the end of 2019 the same sitters approached us for a sit in 2020. They were booked for September. When the COVID crisis erupted they approached us again asking if they could move in with us as their Sits had dried up. We were astounded and declined but did offer, to help ease their situation by paying in advance for the housesit. They accepted and issued an invoice confirming the arrangement. We contacted them 3 weeks ago to confirm all was well and they informed us they would not be undertaking the sit and nor would they refund the money as they had been offered a four and a half month sit - in fact they were there at that moment. I don’t believe they would have even told us they did not intend to turn up. I contacted Trusted Housesitters as they are still advertising themselves on the site to insist they were removed as they are definitely not to be trusted and to date they have refused to remove them. For this reason I would say do NOT consider using Trusted Housesitters to obtain a sitter. They use far from trustworthy individuals."
